- Capacity for the meal is presently set at 250
- Doors will open at 5:00pm and buffet lines will open at 6:00pm with cleanup completed by 8:30pm (for dance)
- Meal will be buffet style, catered by MaryEllen Catering of Stirling and will consist of
- Pre-dinner appetizers served by catering staff “butler style”
- Salads to include Caesar; Strawberry, blueberry and spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette and a Greek pasta salad.
- Buffet to include Chicken bruschetta and herb crusted roast beef (Served with gravy, horseradish) along with a vegan dish (vegan cabbage rolls)
- Mashed potatoes; baked beans; broccoli and cauliflower baked in cheese sauce with butter crumble topping; green beans and corn.
- Dessert buffet with pies, cakes, cheesecake and fruit salad for diabetics
- There will be a cash beverage bar available.
- Cost will be $40.00 per registrant and once full registration opens later this summer, you can pay for your guaranteed seats at that time, provided you have pre-registered (remember, your $25 pre-registration costs gets credited towards these costs also)
